His
wealth of experience, understanding and intuitive feel for structure, coupled
with a steady hand on his 'script scalpel', can reshape a good story into
a structured script that continually drives the story forward which, as
sure we're all aware, is what a producer wants to see."

>>I'm
convinced, what do I need to do?
I started my career in the mid eighties as a radio critic, occasionally raving
about movies nobody wanted to see because I found them 'beautifully different'
or 'with great cinematography'.
Since then I have watched thousands of movies, had my own radio show and hosted
THE BIG PICTURE on MTV Europe, reaching 60m European television homes.
Movies became my day job at Europe's largest pay tv 'Canal+' as a Head of
Acquisitions. With great fun came great responsibility as increasing amounts
of $ were involved.
In 1998 I moved to dbc in London and spent my lunches at the Sir Christopher
Hatton, consuming story theory with cider and fries.
Only late 2001, when I made my first steps as a producer in Sydney, I finally
applied what I had learned, talking story directly with writers.
My expertise was built from a broad basis of jobs in the film industry. When
it comes to shaping your story to sell it to the world, not many consultants
can offer you that edge.
