On a far away abandoned planetoid, lonely robo-pup Fido is overjoyed when finally a space ship lands.

A droid steps out and Fido is hoping it might be his new master, but the droid ignores Fido as it is transfixed by a large, mysterious metal sphere.

The droid starts falling apart and Fido does everything to save but the droid does not want to be helped. Finally, Fido is facing a life-or-death choice.

Will he make the ultimate sacrifice?

And more importantly: will the droid return the favour?
